Hello Everyone... Anyone? I'm Karen. I am a stay-at-home mom with a wonderful 9 month old boy. Baby Theo. I am adventuring into the blogging world in search of active, nourishing activities to share with my son and our mom friends. Our family makes beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia our home.
